Please carefully review the following terms and conditions that apply to this guarantee:

The guarantee covers Tranquil. We recommend using it for the full 30 days, since that is when most people notice the full effect. Not happy after 30 days? We refund 100% of your first month, shipping included.* You keep the product. You do not need to send anything back.

*Applies only to Tranquil. 3-month packs: we refund the value of the first can plus the shipping you paid. Unopened refills can be returned for a refund (you cover the return shipping). First purchase of Tranquil at bkm.health.

• Covered: Tranquil (Can, Bag and 3-month packs).
• Not covered: all other products, for example BKM Electrolytes, Glow+, Ultra Focused, Life NAD+, Harmonized and BKM Nasal Strips. For these products you still have the 14-day right of withdrawal and your right to complain about faulty goods, as usual.

Most people need a few weeks of daily use to notice the full effect. A few days is usually too short to know. So please give it the full 30 days before you decide. (This is our recommendation, not a promise of a specific result.)

1. Use the product every day, ideally for the full 30 days.
2. Email info@bkm.health or use our contact form at bkm.health/pages/contact no later than 30 days after you received your order.
3. Tell us your order number and that you are not happy with Tranquil.

If you contact us early, before you have used it for 30 days, we may first suggest that you keep testing for the rest of the month. You still keep your right to the guarantee, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. We refund you to the payment method you used. We do this within 14 days. Your bank may need 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.

• Single product (Tranquil Can or Tranquil Bag): the product price plus the shipping you paid for that order. Example: you paid 419 SEK for one can of Tranquil and 49 SEK shipping. You get 468 SEK back.
• Tranquil 3-month pack (1 can + 2 refills, or 3 refills): a 3-month pack is three months of use. The guarantee covers your first month. We refund the value of the first can plus the shipping you paid. See "3-month packs" below.
• Free gifts: free gifts that came with your order are not covered by the guarantee. If you use the guarantee, we deduct the value of the gifts from your refund. Or you can send the gifts back unopened and pay the return shipping yourself, and then nothing is deducted. Example: you got BKM Nasal Strips (199 SEK) as a free gift. We deduct 199 SEK from your refund, or you send the Nasal Strips back unopened.

The guarantee covers one month (one product), not the whole pack.

3-month packs: we refund the value of the first can plus the shipping you paid. If you'd also like a refund for the unopened refills, send them back to us and you cover the return shipping.

When you use the guarantee, we cancel your subscription for that product. No more deliveries or payments will be made. You can start a new subscription at any time.

• The guarantee is for Tranquil only.
• It is for your first purchase of Tranquil, once per customer.
• It applies to purchases made at bkm.health and delivered to any country we ship to.
• Opened and used products are covered. That is the point of the guarantee.

• All products other than Tranquil, for example BKM Electrolytes, Glow+, Ultra Focused, Life NAD+, Harmonized and BKM Nasal Strips. (You still have the 14-day right of withdrawal and complaint rights for them.)
• Your second and later purchases of the same product.
• Products bought from other shops or marketplaces.
• Products that have been tampered with or used against the instructions on the pack.
